BEN GUSTAFSON

Going out on my own wasn’t just a career move — it was a commitment to doing things differently.

I believe fitness should be personal, strategic, and sustainable. That means no cookie-cutter workouts, no pressure sales, and no "one-size-fits-all" programs. It means coaching that fits your life, respects your time, and actually works — built on tracking progress, training with intent, and using science-backed principles like progressive overload, smart calorie management, and structured recovery.

My mission is to help you train with purpose, fuel your body intelligently, and build habits that last — whether you're just starting or ready to take things to the next level.

I honestly can't believe how fast I've been seeing results each week. There's never a day I workout where I'm not achieving new personal records and it truly motivates me to keep on going. Ben really does know his stuff and will adapt the exercises and routines to match your body's unique needs, making sure you get optimal results. Additionally, our sessions together are always a blast and I look forward to them! :)
